I am an integrative nutrition health coach, personal trainer, speaker and author
Kristin DiDomenico is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and personal fitness trainer with an expertise in women’s hormone health. For the past 20 years, she has been training, educating and motivating women to live their best lives through her personalized health and fitness programs.
She does the research and follows the latest scientific studies on women’s hormone health, menopause and healthy aging to help you maximise well-being in the second season of life.
Kristin initially became a health and nutrition counselor after her own struggles drove her to help women improve their eating and exercise habits and break cycles of addictive and emotional eating in order to develop and maintain a healthy weight and a positive relationship with food. She received her health coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
Kristin offers individual, group and corporate health and nutrition coaching for busy women both in person and online.
She is also the author of Dying to Be Enough, an autobiographical story of her personal journey to improved health and wellness.
Kristin lives in Potomac Falls, VA, with her husband, Pat and dog, Rigley. She has two adult children, Megan and Kevin. Kristin enjoys hiking and biking with her husband, attending yoga classes and playing pickleball in her free time.
Backed by a group of OBGYN doctors, Kristin shares an integrated, holistic approach for women going through the menopause transition. Women working with Kristin have found relief from the many frustrating, even debilitating, menopausal symptoms. They receive lasting results by learning how to navigate hormone imbalances with a personalized, natural, solution-based roadmap using nutrition, lifestyle strategies and exercise to help them feel their best through the menopause transition and beyond.
Taking current and developing science and research in the field of women’s health and aging, combined with many years of education and experience, she developed a coaching program that works.
Here at the Me•No•Pause Partner, you will learn how to manage your menopause symptoms and start feeling better. The coaching programs provide you with personalized symptom-management plans, expert advice, and a community of women who are going through the same thing as you.
